What exactly does spell dmg do.

Sounds like dumb question right. But i know we want high spell dmg but what exactly does it do. is it like heroic int but add so much base dmg to our nukes per spell dmg or what. if any can shed light id apprecaite it.

It's Dmg_add = ((cast_time + recast) /7 ) * worn_SD

((cast_time + recast) /7 ) has a minimum of .25 .

Wire ran the old numbers to 1 SD = 10 Mana. By that, hInt would be 1 hInt = 2 SD.
