Jerus, while you're correct, and i dislike the long cast time, you can make it work in your favor; aa's can be used while global recast is in place. So, pop the hotkey, silent casting goes off, then as spell gems are refreshing, hit the Servant key so that it's not wasted space.

....or you can duck out of the silent casting (which i'll do on occasion).

Aye I do that, Silent casting is just like 1 second longer than the global refresh, would be nice if we could get a reduction in cast time though. As I think when it was put in wasn't the global refresh like 3s or something like double what it is now? (I'm not sure but I want to say in like SoF or SoD they did it but i wasn't playing a caster then so i'm not sure)

Been a while since I had chanter and bard in group, and the chanter wasn't doing something stupid like acumen + runic swirl or something: Tower Mini's

Prebuffed: 7th, Cataclysm, 1st Spire, FBO, Silent Casting, Acute FoA... didn't have Fire Core avail. RmS, rejuv, RmS, twincast, Ice click, Jolt, Bolt, etc.
Didn't bother with flappy/host. Never even been close to 20k before (highest was maybe 15k on a ~1min), this was last event of the night so went nutters.
Haven't beaten any UF stuff so our melee's are kinda lowish, am wearing T3 arms/legs, just short of 200SpD.

These two in particular are really really nice. Being able to keep up 25K for over 3 minutes is impressive (by my standards anyway). Is there anything special about either of these that would boost our DPS above normal? Weakness to fire or anything?

Not really a weakness, but they're able to be cornered with their back to the raid easily, so swarm pets aren't an issue. Kilrek has an AE spell slow, but my group seemed to be on the ball and cured it pretty fast. Both of those I used Improved Twincast too.

I had an enc and bard in group. Around 50% I noticed they were both oor, so I'm not really sure how much I was getting from them, but I figure atleast the first couple minutes of burn they were close. Had double frenzied burnout, which explains the high dps from Jastik. Didn't have Improved Twincast or Forceful Rejuv for this fight, and still managed 20k for 6min. Guessing my RS pets were benefiting from the bard, cause their dps is higher than usual.

Had plenty of pets, so I could use clash the entire way. Started with RS - forceful - RS, then hit all my burn stuff (fb, robe, servant, host, fire core, focus arcanum, first spire) with twincast and did clash - spear - bolt - fickle - clash - spear. Then another RS, then 7th (yea, I forgot to hit it earlier) and improved twincast, and used the same twincast order until it faded. Then i was just chaining RS - clash - spear - bolt until it died.
