good weave for a group mage

Thanks everyone for the awesome responses! Sorry so long to get back to y'all! In the recent weeks I have learned to use rod/gather effectively in my soloing/grouping and its worked out well! Very rarely do i run out of mana! In the weave i use its RS,Spear,Bolt and Fickle. Thanks again for the awesome responses but I found my groove with it lol.

Since I mostly solo here is one of my more recent parses

/G A troublesome snake in 121s, 523k @4326dps --- Cindayen + pets 523k @4326dps (100%)
This was solo...i figure its not to bad.
