surge of arcanum?

I thought surge of arcanum was going to get a "wear off" message? I am not seeing it.

I haven't seen Aristo lately, probably on vacation I'm guessing, but I'll still bring it up to the devs. I brought it up once with Aristo during beta but I don't recall an answer from him about it; which probably means he didn't respond.

I may also be wrong, maybe I just saw somebody asking for it. I would think it would be very useful for mages.

I've never seen it, not on pets, not on players. And I use it a lot.
