New Topic Button

The forum "The Early Levels" doesn't seem to have a new topic button. I couldn't find a way to post there.

Found this also. The Later levels forum is the same.

Sorry about that. It should be fixed now.

The parent forum was locked with several subforums underneath it. When I merged the subforums into the parent, they inherited the permissions of the parent, and thus did not allow new topics to be started.
