How should i keep my mana up?

Level 90 mage

One thing that is really concerning me is i cant keep my mana going when i solo 30 minute for my lesson

I usually box a cleric to take care of healing my pet outside group (so i get full exp when i burn lesson)
I hunt ferrort2, and the camp is easily single pull-able

I have 41.5k mana, i use earth pet (its most tanky i believe)
I have EM 8, and full set VoA Tier 1 group gear

When i burn lesson, i use the following item and spells to help my mana
Gather potential Rk II
Spectral symbiosis Rk II
Cognitive Guardian Rk II
Steadfast Servant AA (Mana regen and haste buff)
Large Modulation Rod
Kiss of Erollsi Marr (1 cast 10k mana)
Knowledge of the past
Expanding Mind
Shield of Dreams (annoying everytime i click rod)
Tribute FT and mana pool
Peagus (mount)

Question:
1. Since mob can be stunned, will Air pet be better? (higher dps)
2. What other ways can i help my mana regeneration so i can go all out for 30 minute without having to stop and rest ?
3. I also have circle of mana III, when is the best time to click it, if any?

Thaumatize pet needs to get used. It procs a mana recourse on us for 50 seconds. You can use it every 2mins. Air pet would be the better choice. Our mana regen sux, With 80k I run out on a lesson burn you really can't get around it.

I assume the cleric is the same level as you? If it is 95 and has quiet miracle abuse that for yourself.

You can replace your shield of dreams with either:
Familiar of King Gelaqua
Polymorph Wand: Plaguebringer

Than it won't go away everytime you rod or take a hit and more m regen on either. The polymorph is easier to get because it is SC, the Familiar is in LoN.

Like mentioned above already not much you can do. You can load up on Sympathetic Alleviating Burst items/augs but will only take you so far. If you are runnign for DPS, you will run out. You can go efficient since you have a healer but won't get as much out of a lesson burn. Also Air pet would be better choice, especially since you have a healer.

oh, i forgot to mention, i also use familiar of emerald jungle, so king gelaque won't work

and if i use illusion, i cant use mount, which should be worst??

Cleric is only 85, so not very good...

I use a 2hb with alleviating burst 6

The illusion is two buffs, one with the effects (m regen in this case), and the other is the illusion. Simply click off illusion: plaguebringer, than click mount. Depending on ext AA/focus it can last to an hour. So will easily cover your lesson burn before you had to click off mount and rebuff with the illusion clicky.
