At rank 4/4.
Obviously for Mage fade it's but perfect
But for other situation do you keep the standalone key up? its useful from time to time to summon your companion by your side, but lately i've had misclick where it mem blur the mob's aggro on pet (while i am soloing) and then gets beaten on by mobs...
Is it worth a standalone key? Or should i just use old summon companion items purely for the summon component?

i keep a seperate hotkey next to drape. i don't use it often, mostly when i leave my pet guarded somewhere and he's sposed to be tankin. it can be used to lower aggro on your pet in a multipet group. hotkeys that really shouldn't be misclicked i tend to hide. put them by clicky buffs, drape, other rarely used aa, or on a second page so i have to change the hotkey page to find it. it takes a lil extra time to find it when needed, but its worth it to me.

Re: The usefulness of Summon Companion AA
The best benefit of this AA is when you want to conserve your pets buffs but are in combat. This really does not happen in the group game, so it does not get much use there. It is very effective if you raid though.
I use it to move my pet around a lot of the times. Or if I guard it and I need the pet next to me ASAP. It is much more situational in the group game and user preference then anything else.

does this do anything solo? Or if you have nuked the mob and summon pet, does mob just come to you?
