Solo is when you need Arcanum fyi. It makes your resist rate lower, and seeing as solo you will not have druid debuffs or Bard debuffs you need to use it even more there. Personally it should be used on any type of burn w/o a question, having no resist mods on our nukes makes this AA key.
Arcane whisper over Silent Casting makes 0 sense. Arcane Whisper is not a 100% hate reduction, it is a DoT that slowly ticks down your hate so to speak. Vastly different then Silent Casting. It will also get you summoned probably during Twincast.
