It will 'stack' as in they can both be on the pet at the same time, but you lose a lot of the benefits. Not sure what exactly you lose; I'd have to look that up later. The best bet and most common practice in my experience is if the mob is going to take more than 5 min to kill then click robe, let the buff fade, click FBO, let that fade, click robe again when it refreshes. If it's going to be a shorter fight, use FBO first since it increases your DPS more, then when it fades, click the robe.

the OoW robe is definitely a must. I click mine prob 10 plus times during an average raid day, possibly more. And it really isn't that hard to get, Me and another mage duoed the mob back at lvl 80 with ease and got the robe pattern on first kill.

I've killed Veliktorin countless times and can't get the piece to drop. Also killed Tiorpat a couple of times, basically whenever I can find him up, still nothing yet.

I do use the TSS one though Vision-Shrouded as it's 15% increase over 1 min.

I'm still after the OoW one though. Last time we killed OMM for the raid version, I lost rolls on both robes to SKs (bastages).
