Are the adds low enough level that the air pet can stun them?

Aye, they are stunnable. Issue is if you DPS too fast then multiple add's spawn. From those adds, they each cast a DD, 20800 with my spell shield, if they live too long. They do have low hp so killing them isn't too hard but just the sheer number of them makes it difficult.

Have Molo'd nearly every named in RoF with an EM13 Pet and max'd pet aas. Most are easy. Some notably difficult ones, Frothtooth in Xorb ( charm ), Seedspitter, Junkcrafter nint ( killing him and the pet is alooot of hp's, not difficult tho ) & Palace commander .

The one named I have not been able to molo is IXYL THE CLAYMASTER, I'm not sure its even possible, the adds pop way too fast near the end, I got him to 15% just using servants to damage him, and killing the adds with Earth pet root, but they pop a few at a time every few seconds near the end, impossible to take them out without an AE stun or mez, & when he hits 16%, the adds explode for 32k DD, so you can't just power through him either.

but I dunno, mb someone else is more clever than me :p challenge set!

Oh, and some of the Terrors in CC are very very difficult, One Will throw itself at you, and root you at the same time... That is not a good time, I think I had my enc with me when I killed that...
