I am fairly new to EQ and just created a mage (currently level 12). I have played a druid and a necro and got used to having a snare to slow things down. My question is: does a mage get a snare sometime along the way? Thanks for your input.

There is a super ultra rare snare clicky from instance zones of Beza but that's the best option we have. Your best bet is to use the earth pet and get use to how to utilize it's root capabilities.

bazaar buyable hammer, player made smithing 300+, good stats, possible epic replacement ? paid 3k for mine but its bagged as got darkened cone from seb
