Deathtouch

Deathtouch is an old game mechanic that hasn't been used since, what, Velious? IIRC, the amount of damage done by a deathtouch was upgraded at least one time.

My question is, exactly how much damage does a deathtouch do now? Can a modern player character survive a deathtouch these days? Reason I'm asking is I would like to go dink around in some old content and want to know if I'll still need to be prepared for insta death with certain mobs.

According to Alla, old world DT (here our favorite Sky mob...) has been upped to 100 k damage :

So, survivable by many 105 toons then. I'll have to check to see what my HP are after buffing.
