Clicky Nuke Item

I've noted the need for a clicky nuke item I can use in a grouping/xp situation that is just easier than the ice shard (which I love but it has charges). So after doing a little bit of research I have the following candidates:

Dagger of Evil Summons (2 sec cast / 2 min recast) 1600 dmg (fire) dropped by Zun`Muram Mordl Delt (Benny Hill)
Mark of the Last Wing (1 sec cast / 2 min recast) 2201 dmg (fire) result of the Mask of the Hidden quest
Elemental Essence Robe (0.8 sec cast / 7 min recast) 2029 dmg (magic) from Spirit Mark of Battle dropped by Firelash, Shekar and Farsight the All Seeing

So while Mark of the Last Wing would obviously be the best item I don't know that it would be that easy to get without help. However the Elemental Essence Robe seems doable as the item needed drops of mobs that theoretically should be soloable. Since I have been away for a long time is this in fact the case? Should it be just a matte of farming those 3 mobs to try and get the chest piece to drop?

Currently I can run JT (81 Mage with EM2) and a Tier 3 Healer Merc and Duregarr 85 Cleric with Tier 5 Tank Merc I would hope those mobs would be doable easily. Do you guys have any other recomendations for clicky nukes that I may ahve overlooked?

Boxing 2 characters + 2 mercs, I'd say Tacvi would still be a pain to do. Killing Vish isn't too easy either. So, I'd say camping Arcstone for the rare spawn/drop might be the only choice without some help.

The cleric bot opens up another possibility (I wouldn't advise it solo, but with the extra cleric...), try for a Primal Element Robe from Master Chrichus in Theatre of Blood. He's not up often, but the recast time is less than half that of the Arcstone quested robe.

Also, some clicky nuke items (Like the Aged Sarnak Channelers Staff) use the same refresh timer as our ice-clickies which REALLY sucks. I spent a lot of time soloing Drusshk in Veeshan's Peak to get him to finally drop the Channelers Staff. When he finally did I nuked once with it, then completely lost my excitement when I realized I could not ice-clicky for 2 min.

Force of Elements. Fast cast (0.5 sec) AA click nuke that can be used frequently enough that the AA + DoN orb + summoned ice nuke clicky are really about all you have time for, making things like Tacvi dagger and other clicky nuke items rather useless. FoE at level 3 is 1550 base dmg.
