Mage+Ranger?

i play shaman and mage and yu can't beat that combo . no wonder u hate the shaman if u only cast lassitude and yu go afk on him
my shaman can do from 15k to 25k (when i solo ) per tic and when the fight end he is fm again
duoing i usually cast 5 dots and the fast dd when it s up for a good dps...........
just try to duo any nameds in UF with other combos than mage / shm if one is a mage.



but i box on same comp (doing it very fast) and doing max damage with both toons .
but it 's your choice anyway hehe,good luck on whatever you choose as 2nd toon

anyway i would not play a class that i don't like also ..............

btw my mage lv 85 is at 3k+ aa's ,and i got another one mage lv 85 with 1500+ aa's ,and they can't touch mage / shm for me.slow's , even mitigated still slowing the mobs dps for good .........

Mage + Ranger is actually a fantastic combo.

Rangers tank FINE for exp content, especially when leveling up to 80. At the present time, a ranger can tank almost identically to a tank merc. If you get him his AA's, of course. And agro is hella better on the ranger.

Of course though, bards are always rocking. Right now I have an 85 wizard/warrior. Both have 1k aa's but I'm a bit turned off now because AA's have slowed down to a crawl when I'm not doing MM's......
