MPG trials
I am wanting to go back and run my mage thru the MPG trials for the bonus to resists cap.
My question is regarding the weapon specialization one. Does the weapon type effect our pet ? Do we need to have a suspended pet with a different weapon type or just wait and hand them the weapons as you can ?
Thanks for any hints.

Re: MPG trials
The trails are so trivial now as to being literally solo events for any lvl 85 mage.
Last year i had to finish up a couple that i never did back in the day.
The hardest part was waiting for the next wave to spawn because the mobs would die so quickly.
Weapon type has no effect with pets, just try to stay awake while doing the events.

Would have been incredibly nice if this had been removed... it's only been asked for hundreds of times :pjack96jill wrote:aye and the very annoying 2 hour wait for next trial

I suppose they still don't want you farming them. With how easy they are these days, that'll be like giving away free gear to all your alts.pandax wrote:Would have been incredibly nice if this had been removed... it's only been asked for hundreds of times :pjack96jill wrote:aye and the very annoying 2 hour wait for next trial

Is this being sarcastic? Because the defiant gear that you can wear at the same level is significantly better....Sillaen wrote:I suppose they still don't want you farming them. I think he is since he mentioned "free gear to alts" lolpandax wrote:Is this being sarcastic? Because the defiant gear that you can wear at the same level is significantly better....Sillaen wrote:

The devs just don't want to set up the precedent that it's so easy that they are then asked to just give it to you. They still want you to pay for it in time apparently since you can smurf near zerg them all. You just have to have the patience to wait 2 hrs or to do one everyday with a group

Re: MPG trials
yeah i think mercs can come, but they dont count towards triggering events, one or two you need at least 3 pc to start the event
