meele mitigation, i have up to rank 18, after that price starts to fluctuate

what is the value after rank 18, 1 percent mitigation per rank?

I'm almost certain, that's correct. It might even be lower in the higher (UF) ranks.

I saw a list on the Steel Warrior page that said it went to .5 from 9-18, but the list only covered the first 18 ranks. It might be after that where it drops, but I don't know.

Ranks 4-8 are 1% per rank I believe, and only cost 3 AA each, so they are really good buys. Going by what I remember and the above posts, I think ranks 9-18 are 0.5% per rank, and then ranks 19+ are 0.25% per rank. The higher (19+) ranks are definitely only really worth buying if you have a lot of AAs in my opinion, as not only do they offer diminished returns per rank, but the AA cost per rank can get very high (more than 10 AA per rank for a lot of them).
