WTH - My Suspended Pet...

...magically disappeared. I logged in, buffed myself and pet. A lot. Suspended pet in Lobby and went to PoK to make spells for someone.

Then PoK crashed. When I got back my suspended pet was gone.

Is this happening to others?

Back in the bad old days of Firiona Vie crashing once or twice a day, it was explained to me that Pets are part fo the scenery rather than part of you - sort of thing. If you are in a zone that crashes then, yes, pet will poof along with the zone, no matter if it is suspended or not.

Was the biggest pita out of all of the pains of the world crashing everyday.

Same thing happens if you are in a zone thats being repopped, then pets go poof as well.

Zone crash = no more pet. Always has been a problem. Something in the data gets corrupted in the crash I think.

Well, I must live out in the tails. I've never seen that. =)

Not on a suspended pet. I know zone repops and zone crashes kill a live pet (much to my annoyance on Test and in Beta). chuckle
