Recast time of spells launched by AAs has more to bee seen to calulate effects and does not indicate the real time to when the AA will be next time available. Elidroth just mentioned in the test forums that pet fade is supposed to fade both the pet AND the caster. So it might be useful afterall!

Drape of Shadows should fade the caster as well and it's 100%. Not sure where you get that it's a 'chance' at all.
