Power AAing alts

My mage is 78 and I've got several characters in the high 60s low 70s. I'm trying to fill up some AAs on the 60s. Is it better to kill of blues to my mage or to the alt or just fight away with an alt group and get AAs with folks of the same level?

Fight at the max level mobs you can. There is a limit on how much xp you can get, but that is for reds 5-10 levels higher iirc. I just got 1k on my alt and best xp was with the higher level groups.

It also depends on the classes of your alts and your current abilities. Something I found for the 65-72 level range was to solo in the hole; you'll be hard pressed to find better aaxp in the game than that place solo......yes even if they're leeching aaxp off the mage in a place like plane of fire or splitpaw.
