RaF question (and one about pets)

I have two accounts right now, and the recruit a friend program is making me consider a third. My quandry is this:

I have an SK (level 90) and mage (84) on one account. I would love to be able to create a new RaF account and transfer my mage over to it while still retaining the bonus experience for both SK and mage. Does anybody know if this will work as I envision it?

Also, this account originally belonged to my ex girlfriend, but I`ve been using / paying for it for the past 6 or so years. Will I run into problems transfering my mage from this account to a new account, given that I am not the original owner?

And finally, the pet question. My second account is a shaman. Does the talisman proc work with the mage RS? Assuming I can make the above two points work out, and I can start using my shaman, sk, and mage together, should I stagger the shaman casting talisman (melee dd proc) until I get the RS out, or won`t it land?

It won't cast on the Ruinous Servant if you just cast the group version of the spell. AFAIK you need to target the pet directly and cast the spell directly on it for it to land.

Only thing that will land on our pets w/o needing to target them or anything would be auras.

I have no idea about the RAF business though, sorry.
