Pet Bug- Will not Attack - Reproduced Vs. A Warboar

Tonight I got OWNED when I got charmed by aneuks (happens in Korafax) but then my pet would NOT attack the aneuk after I dropped charm (NEW BUG!).
The game would let me suspend the pet (should not be able to do this - pet was in combat with aneuk before charm) and unsuspend, then it would attack again.

Submitted bug report, posted in the 5/21 patch bug thread, posting here.

Not really a new bug, it's been this way for awhile now.
I have been able to get around it by toggleing focus, and I seem to recall that qattack works (attack does not).

I'll try that. But i was literally grouping there 2 days before the patch and never saw that problem. Maybe i got lucky.

I just reproduced this bug in the instance "Hidden in Plain Sight" with my earth pet vs. a warboar.
So .. yeah.. its not intended.

Also, using qattack did NOT help in korafax, I tried that earlier today.

Someone on SOE boards says /pet back off fixes this state, I'll report back when I get a chance to try that.

Have had the same issue against Krond in MMM.

I've had this happen a number of times vs. several different mobs (both raid and group). If you spam back (3 or 4 times), then tell the pet to attack, it seems to work out just fine. Annoying yes, but usually quickly fixed.

Yeah i had this happen to me a few times in Sullon's tower. I just hit back once, then pet attack and he re-engaged fine.

suspend pet then pop it back out works.

If you already have one suspended and are using fire pet, as i do on a lot of raids, just kill the firepet and make a new one.
