Is there a way to put way points in to maps for example update quests...
Points off interests
Safe camping spots
Solo spots for fighting and so on...
And how do i do that?

Yes. I add labels to my maps all the time.
I'm not at home atm, but let's see if I can remember this. Open up your map and on the right hand side (at the bottom I think) is a little cartographer tool. Click it and it'll allow you to add labels and so forth for wherever you are standing.
